Following discussions during the extraordinary canonical visit currently underway in the Flemish-Dutch Province, Thomas Quartier requested and obtained dispensation from his monastic vows and diaconal obligations. Therefore, the Abbot President of the Congregation no longer has any jurisdiction in this matter.
