Project 3232 - Scholarship for one brother
Ewu-Ishan monastery was founded by the Glenstal Abbey (Ireland) in 1975. The community included fifty brothers. The brothers support the needs of the monastery by various activities: agriculture, poultry farm, production of candles, bakery, selling books, making jam, apiary. They have a clinic now of highly developed plants where medicinal plants are prepared and distributed.
Brother Godfrey is beginnning his studies of theology at the University of Louvain in Belgium, a three-year course. He lodges in a house belonging to the Benedictine monastery of Kaiserberg. Financial help is needed to cover his academic fees and his lodging.
