The AIM has a mandate from the following monastic Orders issued from St Benedict to co-ordinate the formation and the requests for multiple projects:

• The Cistercian Bernardines of Esquermes: 6 communities; 81 sisters

• The Bernardine Sisters of Oudenaarde: 21 communities

• The Cistercian Sisters of Charity (Congregation of Anagni): 8 communities; 41 sisters

• The nuns of the Cistercian Congregation of St Bernard (Las Huelgas): 23 monasteries

• The Cistercian monks of Strict Observance: 97 monasteries; 1,934 monks

• The Cistercian nuns of Strict Observance: 74 monasteries; 1,657 nuns

• The Cistercian monks: 84 monasteries; 1,626 monks

• The Cistercian nuns: 57 monasteries; 825 nuns

• The Benedictine monks: 441 communities and missions; 7,376 monks

• The Benedictine nuns and sisters: 949 communities and missions; 13,725 nuns and sisters
